Squadron Leader Veer Pratap Singh, a pilot in the Indian Air Force, rescues the stranded Zaara, a woman from Pakistan, following a bus accident, and their lives are forever bound.
تدورا احداث الفيلم حول (زارا حياة خان) فتاة باكستانية ابنة سياسي مرموق، تذهب إلى إحدى المدن المقدسة في (الهند) لتنثر رماد مربيتها في نهر (الجانج)، تنفيذًا لوصيتها، لكنها تتعرض لحادث ينقذها منه الطيار الهندي (فير) الذي يقع في حبها، ويوشك أن يفصح عن مشاعره لولا حضور خطيبها، الذي رحلت معه، لكنهما يدركان أنهما وقعا في الحب، فيسافر (فير) وراءها إلى (الهند)، ويكتشف خطيب زارا الأمر، فيستغل نفوذه ويجعل (يفر) متهم في قضية تجسس.
