Zaatar is a thief who works for Zaghloul the owner of an import and export company. Zaghloul exploits Zaatar and makes him smuggle goods from customs. Zaatar gets to know Siham,the sister of officer Mohammed, and they fall in love and he starts working on his own and competes with Zaghloul.
يعمل اللص زعتر لدى زغلول صاحب إحدى شركات الاستيراد والتصدير، يستغل زغلول إمكانات زعتر ويكلفه بمهام مشبوهة تتعلق بتهريب بضائع من الجمرك. يتعرف زعتر على سهام شقيقة ضابط المباحث محمد ويربط الحب بينهما مما يثير غضب محمد، يستقل زعتر عن زغلول ويبدأ منافسته، يتقدم زغلول للزواج من سهام ويرحب به محمد. يكشف له زغلول حقيقته ولكنه لا يصدقه.
