Theeb
Set in the Arabian Desert of 1916, the film follows Theeb, a young Bedouin boy, and his brother Hussein as they leave the safety of their tribe to venture on a treacherous journey at the dawn of the Great Revolt. If Theeb is to survive he must quickly learn about adulthood, trust and betrayal.
يحكي الفيلم حكايةَ "ذيب" الطفل الذي ينتمي لعشيرة بدوية تقيمُ في المنطقة، لأبٍ متوفٍّ يبدو أنهُ كانَ من الوجهاء المعروفين. وذيب هو ثالثُ شقيقين، كبيرهما ورثَ زعامة القبيلة، والثاني حسين، هو الأقرب للطفل عمرًا وعلاقةً، حيثُ يبدأ الفيلم بمشاهدَ تجمعُهُ بشقيقهِ الأصغر في أكثرَ من نشاط، مما يتكفّلُ بمعرفة المشاهد أنّهُ من تكفّل بتربية ذيب بعد وفاة ابيه.
